His career has taken him from the California coast back to his Ohio roots where he was privileged to showcase his talents as Executive Chef of the renowned Carousel Dinner Theater and Tangier in Akron. During his ten fascinating years as Executive Chef of the Mustard Seed Market and Café in Akron, Ohio, he honed his skills in the development and preparation of gourmet fresh market, vegetarian and vegan fare.

As the owner of Blue Rose Catering, LLC., Chef Keith’s catered events are marked by his clever intermingling of classical and trendy from menu design to table dressing.
